Beta Reader Closed
After nearly a 3-year hiatus, I'm going to start my fanfics up again! I am going on a week-long writing retreat, and although I'll be working on my original fiction during that time, I also plan on squeezing in some fanfiction time because I really miss Alfred and the gang.
I will admit, however, I'm a bit nervous about it because of a few reasons: (1) I'm worried my writing voice/style has changed, (2) I'm not sure that I can get the pages up as quickly as my brain wants to get them out {I'm a bit rusty in my typing skills}, and (3) {and this one's the biggest reason} I'm not sure anyone is still interested in reading "Sunshine and Rain" or

Help Save Almost Human from Cancellation Limbo
I know you've probably seen one of these petitions before...but this one is the largest group of fans I've seen and is one of the most successful petitions I've come across (it's even getting the attention of the news media).
This petition to save the sci-fi show Almost Human has actually reached 25,000 signatures and has attracted the attention of some networks who have responded positively to it (the fact they're responding to it is a very good sign).
The creator upped the goal to 35,000 so please feel free to continue to spread the word!
